Returning to school can be exciting — or stressful. When learning or socio-emotional needs look a little different; when intensities shape your everyday experience; when anxiety, perfectionism, ASD or other concerns are present; or when these went unaddressed in previous years, the very thought of starting over can land heavily on kids and their caregivers. What can we do to guide kids through the challenges that accompany change, while also coaching them toward becoming their own champions?
