Alonzo Kelly Keynote: The Impact of Organizational Culture on Identity

alonzo kellyIn regards to matters of identity, human beings are no different than any other living species on the planet. Each of us thrive in environments where both our Base and our Place are recognized and respected. Unlike other living species however, as critical thinking beings with the unique ability to ‘argue’, we are able to intentionally create organizational cultures that foster authentic relationships, enhance our performance, and realize our potential.

Additional breakout sessions with Alonzo will include:

  • The Intersection of Lived Experience, Learned Experience, Formal Education, and Emotional Intelligence
  • Misdiagnosed in the Workplace: Helping Our Kids Survive in the World.
